Adobe releases download Adobe Photoshop Beta CS3
Just in time for Christmas, Adobe offers a sweet Christmas beta present to both Windows and Mac Photoshop users. If you have Adobe’s Photoshop Creative Suite 2 (CS2), your beta download of Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite 3 (CS3) will activate beyond the trial’s 2-day timeout. I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3, and I also purchased Paint Shop Pro XI (an inexpensive, easy to use program which uses all of my filters) from Best Buy for ~$40 this week. If you can’t afford Adobe Photoshop and you have a limited budget, Paint Shop Pro XI is a good choice.
I was also planning on picking up a Wacom Paint Tablet for $60 this week from CompUSA, but I got the flu, so I missed that opportunity. darn! I’m still sick, so I’ll just have to wait … This bonus beta from Adobe more than makes up for that loss! Thanks, Adobe. what a treat! (tomorrow, I’ll ask my doc for flu medicine; I missed getting a flu shot this year.)
