First Sign a Hard Drive is Bad

If you can hear something rattling inside of a drive case, chances are it’s broken. And if a tech tells you the drive head is what is making the noise inside the drive, you’re probably not going to get a clearer answer by asking “What do you think caused the drive to stop working?”

I’m jus’ sayin’.
