Never Crack Open a Laptop

I spent all day performing surgery on an IBM Lenovo Thinkpad T42 today. It was a bitch. I had to replace the motherboard and I swear I’m a laptop motherboard virgin. I had 4 screws left over and 2 holes that needed screws. !!!

But, on the plus side, the computer works and I don’t think anything is shaking loose. :o Maybe I should have a chat with Dmitry.
